WELL CHILD CLINIC
This is a weekly clinic for children from 0-5 years where promotive and preventive health care input is given. This includes an assessment of growth, development and general physical health.
Immunization is offered according to the National programme on immunization. At Lifeline we provide additional immunization against Rotavirus, Haemophilus influenza type B Infection, (a common cause of meningitis in children aged 6 months-2years), Mumps and Rubella,Chicken Pox,Hepatitis A Meningococcal Menigitis.

UNIT FOR FOLLOW –UP OF CHRONIC ILLNESSES
- Sickle Cell Anaemia Clinic
Children with Sickle Cell Anaemia have an integrated service ranging from Out-Patient clinics at defined times to special immunization services, provision of prepacked maintenance drugs and care pathways for complications of sickle cell disease.
- Asthma Follow–up Clinic
Children with chronic asthma have a follow-up clinic for maintenance and preventive treatment, serial estimation of lung function, allergy testing and health advice on environmental influences.
- Epilepsy service
Children with epilepsy have a dedicated doctor and nurse who coordinate the multiple area of care ranging from diagnostic workup for the cause of the epilepsy, to pharmacologic invention, developmental evaluation and follow-up of the children with epilepsy.
